Positive: Cute and 10mins walk to supermarket and close to hot pools. Lots of rooms and spacious.
Negative: Toilets only on lower storey, only 1 shower. So.e beds comfier than others.

Positive: We enjoyed the ambience of the property and the size, plus everything was easy to operate and the beds were comfy.
Negative: I did find some crisps on the floor in the loungeroom which were not our's as we had only just arrived. This suggested that the house had not been vacuumed before we arrived, so I ended up vacuuming the lower level living areas to be sure and found more missed food on the floor.
Summary: The entire family enjoyed our stay in this house in Napier.

Positive: It’s a beautiful old house, well equipped with two living areas and heaters/ heat pumps everywhere. Great kitchen containing everything needed to prepare meals. Beautiful garden tables with bbq which we did not use unfortunately
Negative: For a property with room for 8 people it was a bit tight with two toilets one bathroom, but we managed. I’d try to install a second bathroom where the big laundry is, washing machine can be integrated in bathroom. No heating in bathroom, nor extraction fan in extra toilet. Quite cold hallway

Positive: Genuinely enjoyed the house areas especially the bedrooms, lounge and outside areas. Very spacious and tidy for a family.
Summary: It was great. Also appreciative of the staff who helped to extend the booking by a couple of days at a great price.

Negative: No hand towels, or bath mats or spare towels so had to use face clothes in bathroom. Also bedrooms upstairs need better curtains or blinds that fit, there’s a street light right outside that’s so bright in the room I couldn’t sleep sleep
